• We accept Stripe, PayPal, and Bank Transfers.

• All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases of non-performance or mutual agreement.

• Any applicable taxes (e.g., VAT) will be charged as required by law.

We reserve the right to pause or terminate services if payments are delayed beyond the agreed period.

5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure effective project delivery, clients are responsible for:

• Providing accurate, complete, and timely information or content as requested.

• Granting necessary access (e.g., website, hosting, Google Business Profile, Meta Business Manager).

• Reviewing and approving deliverables within the agreed timeline.

• Not sharing confidential agreements or internal communication publicly.

Failure to provide required materials or approvals may delay project timelines.

6. Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, ownership of original creative assets, content, or website files will transfer to the client, unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

• We retain the right to showcase completed projects as part of our portfolio or marketing materials unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.

• All third-party tools, themes, or plugins used remain the property of their respective providers and are subject to their licenses.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to treat all shared information, documents, and communications as strictly confidential.
Any data shared will be handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws (UK GDPR).

8. Working with Remote Teams

To deliver high-quality and cost-effective solutions, we collaborate with skilled remote professionals and contractors from Pakistan and other countries.
All such team members:

• Work under the direct supervision of Map Listing Experts LTD.

• Are bound by confidentiality and data protection agreements

• Handle client data solely for project delivery

Your data remains secure and under our control at all times.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Our total liability, in any case, shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

Either party may terminate an ongoing service agreement with written notice (as defined in the contract).

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services if:

• Payment is overdue,

• Terms of the agreement are violated, or

• There is misuse of access, data, or communication channels.

Upon termination, all outstanding invoices become immediately due.
